Q. Exchange-Return Policy in the Covid-19 situation

Regarding to governor announcement, UNIQLO have to temporary close our store in The Bangkok Metropolitan and store in many provinces. Therefore UNIQLO will change the exchange return policy for order which purchased from February 2020 at the temporary closed store to be "Customers can exchange and return item within 30 days after the store open" 

We recommend you to keep original receipt and the item in the completed condition under UNIQLO exchange return policy.

Remark: Exchange request for item which purchased from online store, please select from 2 options as below;

1. Return the unwanted item back to UNIQLO return department and repurchase the wanted item again.
2. Awaiting for store re-open and request exchange after that. Please keep item in complete condition and original receipt to use for return.
