Q. My pants is too long, how could you assist me?

You can get to alteration right away when you shop at the UNIQLO online store. 

Through the UNIQLO application and website from August 31, 2023 onwards, And it is Free of charge. 

We offer alteration to assist you both of item which purchased from store or online store. Please bring the items with the original receipt or the original tax invoice, contact any branch near home for getting the assistance (Reserve this service for UNIQLO item only.)

Alteration Condition 

1. Alteration is not provided for Shirt, Skirt, Dress, Short pants, Stretch pants, Casual pants, Drape Pants, Jogger Pants, Gaucho Pants, 5 part pants, 4 part pants and Sweat Pants.
2. No time limitation for alteration. Able to fix or get the service several time depend on the fabric and long length of the pants. 
3. "Pay in store" payment cannot choose to get alteration when purchase online.
4. Items which getting alteration cannot be exchanged and refund.
