Q. How to return or exchange?

If I want to exchange or return, what should I do?

  • About Exchange

    You can exchange the item(s) purchased from Online and Stores at the physicals stores only. The purchased items may be exchanged if the following terms and conditions are met.
    * The exchange option is available for the items purchased within the last 30 days only (according to the date on the receipt).
    * You must always bring with you the original receipt of the item(s) you want to exchange (For online order with Pay In Store, please bring the store receipt and online receipt you receive from the parcel to the store for exchange)
    * Please be ensured the exchange item(s) must in the good-condition as the stated condition in the topic "the exchange or return option is not available for the following items"

    • About Return

      For our valued customers who would like to return item(s),the return option is available subject to the terms and conditions for return below.

      Purchase from UNIQLO branch store

      - You can return the items at the UNIQLO store where the payment is made.

      Purchase from online store

      - Non-Pay In Store online orders must be returned via postal service to UNIQLO Return Department only. Return option at UNIQLO branch store is not available.

      - Pay In Store online orders may be returned at UNIQLO branch store where the payment is made only.


      * The return option is available for the items purchased within the last 30 days only (according to the date on the receipt).
      * You must always bring with you the original receipt of the items you want to exchange or return.
      * For the online purchase of which payment is not made at physical store (Pay In Store), please attach the original receipt and return form with the returned items.
      * Gift Receipt cannot return but can accept exchange

    • Time frame allowed for the exchange or return of your purchase

      Your purchase must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date (the date stated on the original receipt).
      For example, if the item is purchased at a UNIQLO branch store (the date stated on the original receipt) on December 1st your purchase may be returned until December 30th. In case where you would like to return the item ordered from UNIQLO online store, please return the item no later than December 30th.

    • The exchange or return option is not available for the following items.

      1. There is no original receipt provided;
      2. Products that have been modified or altered, including those that have received alteration service;
      3. Products that have been washed and laundered or are not in its perfect condition (original condition while on display in the store);
      4. Products with scratches, tear, damage, or stains due to the customer’s action;
      5. Products that are missing important parts or equipment, for example, price tags and packaging, or damaged goods;
      6. Products that the customer wants to exchange or return after 30 days have passed since the date of purchase (the date stated on the receipt) and the products have been purchased from UNIQLO (Thailand) official stores;
      7. Products that have been purchased for the purposes of reselling or commercial use are not eligible for exchange or return;
      8. Up to 50 items may be returned or exchanged. If it is found that the return or exchange request is being performed with a fraudulent intent, UNIQLO reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel the customer’s membership account at any time without prior notice.
      9. For hygiene, we reserve the right not to allow the exchange or return of baby newborn, toddler items, underwear, socks and packaged items which have been unpacked  (e.g. HEATTECH, Arm cover), including umbrella. For accessory items (e.g. caps, hats, belts, shoes, bags, sunglasses, scarfs , gloves), the item can be exchanged or returned in the case that the product is in perfect condition and according to the exchange and return policy.
      10.For the orders using a discount coupon or receiving novelties on the orders, these orders will not be eligible for return. However, the customer may still exchange the orders at UNIQLO branch stores across the country (the return of some items is subject to the current stock of that particular branch store).

      11. Gift Receipt cannot return but can accept exchange

       

    • Requirements for the exchange or return of purchased items:

      The return option is available for the items purchased from UNIQLO branch store where you have purchased the items only (where the payment is made for the items).

      To return/exchange your purchased items at UNIQLO branch store, you must bring with you the following:
      1. Purchased items in perfect original condition according to the Return and Exchange Policy;
      2. Original receipt of the items (For online order with Pay In Store, please bring the store receipt and online receipt you receive from the parcel to the store for exchange or return). 
      3. Credit or debit card which had been made payment at store

      * In the case of electronic/QR code payment, you must bring with you payment slip for UNIQLO staff to process your product return request. In this case, a refund will be made in cash.
      **For non-Pay In Store online orders, please return your purchased items via postal service to UNIQLO Return Department only. Return option at UNIQLO branch store is not available.
      **Pay In Store online orders may be returned at UNIQLO branch store where the payment is made only.

    • How to return your purchase

      Items purchased from a UNIQLO branch store may be returned at the branch store where the items are purchased (branch store where the payment is made for the purchase). *Please bring "the purchased items and documents required for processing the return request" with you to a cashier counter at the branch store where the items are purchased (branch store where the payment is made for the purchase) only.

      For the items purchased from our online store via either UNIQLO App or www.uniqlo.com/th. the customer may have the items delivered to UNIQLO Return Department for online store only. The return process is given below.

      1. Fill out a return form at the link https://www.uniqlo.com/th/en/returnportal to obtain a return code (Only for Cash on Delivery order) 
      2. Complete a return form (Located on the second half of the invoice which come with the parcel)
      3. Have the item(s), completed return request form and original receipt returned to:

      4. If the customer provides incorrect bank account or doesn't complete the information in a Return Form it may cause unsuccessful refund process

      Provide details of the purchased items according to the information contained in the return form at the bottom of the receipt and attach the completed form with the shipment of returned items.

    • How to exchange your purchase

      The exchange option is available at UNIQLO branch stores nationwide. However, we cannot accommodate your product exchange request for the products that are out of stock or have been sold out at the store where you contact to exchange the products. In the event that there are no products the customer wants to exchange available at that time, the customer may choose other substitute products (other items with the same price).
      Remember to bring with you "the purchased items and documents required for processing the exchange request" to a cashier counter at that particular branch store. As for duty-free products, product exchange request must be processed at the branch store where you have purchased the products only (UNIQLO branch store where the payment is made for the purchase).

    • About Refund

      Purchase from UNIQLO branch storePurchase from online store
      Refund process will start once purchased items have been returned at cashier counter.Refund will be processed in the event the purchased items have been returned, or all items in the order have not been delivered to customer, or the order has been cancelled.

      You will receive an email notification when the refund process starts.

      Refund method will depend on how the payment is made for your purchase. For more details about the refund methods and time frame for processing the refund, please refer to the table below.

      Order placed online; payment made at physical store (Pay In Store)Customers must return the items at a cashier counter at UNIQLO branch store where the payment is made. Refund method will depend on how the payment is made for your purchase.

    • *The items to be exchanged or returned must comply with the terms and conditions for exchange and return. For more details, please refer to the corresponding terms and conditions.

    • **In case where the purchased items are damaged due to UNIQLO’s fault, we will be responsible for the expenses associated with the shipments of the returned and exchanged items. For all other cases, you will be responsible for the expenses associated with the shipment of returned items to UNIQLO Return Department by yourself.
