Q. How can I track my order?

You can track your shipping status easily.

Currently UNIQLO use the shipping company for ship out the parcel to your home. We will have 3 shipping companies;
1. Quantium Solution Company
2. Kerry Express company
3. DHL Express Company


So you could track your status from 3 shipping company after you get the shipping confirmation email or found tracking in your application (Order History > Select Order > Press detail > Tracking is in Delivery Slip Number.)  Then you could input the tracking number in the website for searching tracking status.

Please allow some time for the website to reflect the status of the order. This could take a few hours after you receive the delivery confirmation email.
