Q: What is 3D Secure 2.0? (3DS2) 

A: 3DS2 is an authentication solution designed to protect you when you shop online using credit or debit cards. The purpose of 3DS2 is specifically to prevent a shopper's credit or debit card from being used without their authorization. 
 

Q: How to purchase the items with Credit/Debit card(s) on UNIQLO online store? 

A: To have a secured transaction, you are advised to register “Online Purchase” and enable 3D Secure for your card(s) before doing the transaction 

 

Q: What should I do if I cannot insert my Credit/Debit card(s) information at the checkout? 

A: If you have not registered for online purchase with your Credit/Debit card(s), please register and re-try to complete the transaction 

If you have registered for online purchase but still cannot complete the transaction, please contact your bank for further information.

Q: Why do I need to register before getting a One-Time Password (OTP) to purchase the items from UNIQLO online store? 

A: To have a secured online transaction with credit/debit card(s). In case of not getting OTP, please contact your bank for further information. 

 

Q: Why can I purchase items from certain online stores without requiring to insert a One-Time Password (OTP)? 

A: Certain online stores do not require the customer to insert OTP. However, to have a secured transaction with UNIQLO, you need to register “Online Purchase” and enable 3D Secure for your credit/debit card(s) with the bank.
