Please be careful of scammers impersonate Uniqlo (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and randomly shipped old and damaged products then collecting money on delivery (Cash on Delivery: COD) even though you didn't order!

Currently there are the impersonation of using the name of Uniqlo (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to randomly ship out old and damaged products. Then collecting money on delivery (COD) from customer. The customer would be selected randomly by scammer, even if the customer has never placed an order. There may be some customers who believe it then receiving the product and making payment for the product, because the customer understands that it is a product ordered from UNIQLO or a family’s member ordered such product.

Therefore, to prevent damage that may occur. Uniqlo recommends customer to check your purchases order, payment amounts, and other details related to your order. Also, kindly confirm with your family’s members before receiving the product and making payment for the products in every time.

If customer faces with this kind of situation, Uniqlo recommends customer reports the police in a daily report to keep as evidence. Customers can report the case by contacting Uniqlo customer service center by click >>> https://faq-th.uniqlo.com/contactusen/
