Q. Return Policy for Online Store

Returns Policy

Please read the details below carefully before returning any items from your order.

1. The original return form and return registration in website are required to return all merchandise bought from 
2. Item(s) must be in original selling condition (new, unopened, unused, unwashed, and unaltered) and in its original packaging with tags attached to be considered for return.
3. For the hygienic, we reserve the right to not accept to return or exchange for baby items, innerwear, hygiene mask and accessory which already tear or break the package.
4. Item(s) can be returned within 30 calendar days of the date you purchase.
5. Item(s) purchased from our online store (including Click & Collect) can only be returned to our return department via courier mail. Stores will not process refunds for items purchased online.
6. Item(s) purchased online can be brought to any store locations nationwide for exchange purposes only.
7. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment method as the original purchase.
8. Item(s) purchased outside of Thailand cannot be returned or exchanged in Thailand.
9. We do not offer price adjustments.
10. Should you receive an item that is not in good condition please contact us immediately. Don’t accept to receive item(s) from damage package. 
11. Products purchased for resale or business purpose (including cases where we determine that they are for resale) cannot be accepted return and/or exchange.
12. Item(s) purchased online and used coupon or join campaign and/or promotion can not be returned but able to exchange at any location store nationwide. 
13. When requesting returns or exchanges of 50 or more per receipt / order.

UNIQLO (Thailand) Company reserves the right to change the Returns and Exchanges policy at any time without prior notice. Item(s) purchased at a store cannot be refunded online and should not be sent to return department.
