Q. Extend the return exchange period due to Covid-19 situation

The safety of our customers and staff is the higher priority of UNIQLO


According to Covid-19 circumstance, UNIQLO understood and realized about the safety of our customers. Therefore, we extend the return exchange period for all customers who purchase from 01 April 2021 onward to be able to exchange and return until 30 JUNE 2021.

Purchase from store

Exchange: Kindly contact counter cashier to request exchange at any store near you (depend on stock available).
Return: You can return at the purchased store where you paid for the items only.

Purchase from online store

Exchange: You can exchange at any store near you (depend on stock available).
Return: Please send the return item by post to return department following the address in the back side of invoice.
