Q. I lost my receipt but I would like to alteration, what should I do?

I recommend you to request alteration once you are purchasing the item or after receive item promptly. However you may inconvenient and prefer to alteration after that. You can contact for requesting alteration as normal by contacting purchased store with purchase receipt without any charge.
