Q. How can I exchange the item(s) purchased from online store?

You can bring along the original receipt and product(s) in with original condition with price tag and labels to physicals store nationwide. Please contact at the counter cashier in nearest store and request for a product exchange. 

  • The inventory of each item(s) depend on stock available in each store. Please check item available before visiting the store.

  • Q: If the desired item(s) was sold out from the store, how can I do?

    If the item(s) you wanted was sold out before you visit the store, you can exchange your item to others one in same price or higher (you will pay for additional charge)

  • Q: I don't want to visit store. Can I send the item (s) to exchange by postal?

    Unfortunately! We don't accept the exchange through the postal. If you are not convenient to visit store, please send back the item by post in order to return instead. Then re-purchase the item (s) which you wanted once again.

  • Q: How can I contact the nearest store for confirm wanted item(s) stock?

    You can check store location, operation hour and contact number at Store Locator
