Q. If I do not receive order confirmation email after completed my order.

If do not receive order confirmation email after completed the order.

The following situations are possible causes.

◆ Delay in receiving emails

Depending on the status of the server, there may be a delay in receiving order completion emails. Use the "Send / Receive button" of your email software to synchronize your emails and check the reception status.

◆ If

You are registered with a mobile phone email address that has been set to reject emails and you are using the domain email address rejection setting service as a measure against spam, set it so that you can receive emails from UNIQLO. 
* Note that you cannot resend an email that has already been sent.

◆ Classified as junk mail folder

It may be classified as junk mail, so please check "Junk mail folder".


◆ Incorrect registered email address

Please check your e-mail address as the registered email address may be incorrect. If you do not know the registered e-mail address, please contact us.

Even if the email address is incorrect, it will not affect the delivery of the ordered product, but the email address registered incorrectly may match the email address of another person, so immediately "Registration details" Please change your registered e-mail address by referring to "Confirmation / Change of". Click here to
check / change the registered contents

◆ The notification email of the order whose email address was changed after the order was completed

The email is automatically sent to the registered email address at the time of ordering, so it cannot be resent to the new email address.
