Q. UNIQLO Central World Store (3rd Fl.) will be closed for renovation from April 3, 2023. Temporary Store will temporary open at 1st floor of Dazzle Zone from 12 April 2023 onwards

UNIQLO Central World branch will close the service from 3 - 11 April 2022. Temporary shop will open on the 1st floor Dazzle Zone from 12 April 2023 onward.

New Image of UNIQLO Central World will be coming soon after renovation. However, for continuous service, please visit our temporary store on the 1st floor from April 12, 2026, operation  hours 10: 00-22: 00 hrs. everyday. Customers can enjoy shopping our  products at UNIQLO Central World temporary store on 1st Floor during renovation.


*Some products or collections may not be available at the Central World temporary store. During this time, customers can choose to enjoy shopping our products at the UNIQLO Online Store or other branches nationwide.

Click and Collect service

Click and Collect service at UNIQLO Central World Store will be closed from March 20 - April 11, 2023. The service will resume on April 12, 2023.
Customers who select the Click and Collect service before March 20, 2023 > Please contact to pick up your parcel at the UNIQLO Central World 3rd floor between 20 March- 2 April 2023.
>As for the customers who want to receive the product from 03-11 April 2023, please contact to pick up your parcel at the UNIQLO Central World Temporary store on the 1st floor (Call 02-613-1465).

For your convenience, we recommend you contact the shop to notify the store that you will pick up your parcel 1 day in advance. We provide support staff to assist you during the pick up process of Click and Collect. Kindly contact staff in front of the store when you arrive. They are available for you every day.

Pay in Store service

Pay In Store Service in UNIQLO Central World Will be temporarily closed during 3-11 April 2022 and open again on April 12, 2023 onwards.

Return & Exchange Product

Return & Refund

You can contact to return the product if your purchase is completed from the store or pay at the UNIQLO Central World store within March. We will accept your return request until Sunday 14th MAY 2023.
Original receipt or Tax invoice has to be presented upon exchange and refund.

If you would like to exchange the product, you can contact the UNIQLO Store nationwide during 03-11 April 2023 in the period of store closed. From 12 April 2023 onward, you can exchange the product at a temporary store on  the 1st floor. Original receipt or Tax invoice within 30 days from receipt date has to be presented upon exchange and refund. Please see more detail for Return & Exchange >>>Click

*The available inventory must be dependent on the stock available at that time of your visiting in each store. Please check the stock availability of products before visiting.
