What is Order to Me?
This in-store service lets you shop all items available in our online store and have them ordered to you, even if they are not available in store.
USE THIS SERVICE WHEN YOU’RE SHOPPING IN STORE IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:
a) When you can’t find the product you want in store
b)When the product you want isn’t available in your size in store
c)When you want a product in a size only available online (XS or XXL)
d)When you want a product from one of our special collections
e) When you want a product that’s only available in selected stores
HOW TO USE THIS SERVICE
01 ASK SUPPORT FROM A STORE STAFF, WHO WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP
If you can’t find what you want in store, store staffs can support to look for it. Just speak to the nearest store staff.
02 SEARCH FOR THE PRODUCT YOU WANT
Our store staff will quickly search for the product you want
03 PAYMENT
When you find what you’re looking for online, you can pay for it via the "Pay In Store" or other online payment option (cash on delivery, credit/debit card payment.)
04 GET YOUR PRODUCT
If you select “Click & Collect” at your convenience UNIQLO store*, no packaging fee with no minimum spend. Just come and pick up your parcel in store at your available time which the earliest to pick up at store is on the next day
You can also enjoy free packaging fee to your home on online purchases worth 1,500 baht and above.
