Q. How can I track my order?
Currently UNIQLO use the shipping company for ship out the parcel to your home.
We will have 2 shipping companies;
1. DHL Express Company [Tracking numbers begin with 7**]
2. KEX [Tracking numbers begin with THUQ or UQ]
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number through the following channels:
1. Shipping confirmation email.
2. Order status in the UNIQLO app/website. Please go to “Order History” >> “Delivery Slip Number”.
You can click on the delivery slip number to access the parcel tracking system directly.

We’re sorry, but the tracking status for your Click and Collect order is currently unavailable.
You will be notified when your parcel arrives at the store through the following channels:
1. Email notification: This will include a QR code for parcel collection.
2. Order history in the UNIQLO app/website: Go to “Order History” >> “Order Details”. The status will show “Ready for Pickup” once your parcel is available at the store.
*If you do not receive the email, you may provide your order number to the store staff to collect your parcel.
**Please collect your parcel within the retention period (14 days after it arrives at the store).
