• How to participate the activity

  1. Must be UNIQLO APP member and accept to subscription to ANA's e-newsletter via the form here

  2. Purchase items at the UNIQLO physical stores or at UNIQLO online store, from 21 March 2025 - 3 April 2025, when purchasing up to 990 Baht (value before discount coupon deduction, and receipts cannot be combined).

  3. Answer the question "Which UNIQLO product make you most ready for your trip to Japan? Please state your reason." in form. 5 winners who correctly follow the rules and write the answer that impresses the judges the most will receive 1 round-trip tickets from Bangkok-Japan (Tokyo) from ANA. Each winner will get 1 prize, 2 ticket/prize (each prize is worth maximum of 176,000 Baht, total value maximum of 880,000 Baht*)

  4. Each participant will be able to receive only 1 prize throughout the campaign (regardless number of response you filled in).

  5. The event period is from March 21, 2025 to April 3, 2025.

  6. The winners will be announced on April 18, 2025, at 18:00 on the UNIQLO APP and via notifications from the UNIQLO APP

  7. The winners must confirm their rights with ANA within 30 days after the announcement.

  *1 round-trip ticket maximum value at 88,000 baht. The actual value of the prize depends on the available seats on the travel date. Customers must pay the withholding tax of 5% from the prize value and all airport taxes and fees by paying in cash on the day of picking up the ticket.

• Terms & Conditions

  - The “ANA and UNIQLO collaboration” campaign is organized by ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS (ANA) and UNIQLO (THAILAND)

  - The right to participate in the activity and the prize tickets is reserved for those who follow the conditions during the activity period, which is from March 21, 2025 at 00:01 to April 3, 2025 at 23:59.

  - Uniqlo will consider and decide the winners at Uniqlo (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Mitrtown Office Tower, Bangkok on April 9, 2025 and announce the winners via the UNIQLO APP and notify via the UNIQLO APP on April 18, 2025 at 18:00.

  - Please note that Uniqlo may use your comments received from participating through this activity for statistical purposes and to improve and develop the company's services and products, including for advertising or publicizing the company's products in the future. Such information cannot identify the participants and is not considered personal information under the law.

  - The Company reserves the right to change of terms, and conditions and/or cancel this activity. Any changes will be announced in advance via the UNIQLO APP, website and official UNIQLO Facebook Account (Uniqlo Thailand).

  - In case of a dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.

• Eligible Participants

  1. To be eligible to participate in the Program, participants must meet all of the following conditions:

  a. Be a citizen or resident of Thailand with a national identity card (13 digits) or a valid passport and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

  b. Not be an employee, officer, director, shareholder, agent, representative, or affiliate of the Organizers or their advertising or contest management agencies (if any)

  c. Not be a member of the immediate family of any of the foregoing persons, including parents, spouses, children, siblings, and in-laws.

• Ticketing and Traveling Period

  1. Valid for traveling on flight : NH878, NH877 (Haneda Airport) only

  2. Ticketing Period : 1 June 2025 - 30 November 2025

  3. Traveling Period : 1 June 2025 - 30 November 2025

  4. Ticket Validity : Maximum 3 months from the date of ticket issuance.

• Terms and conditions on the use of the ticket for the ANA Prize winner:

  1. The prize ticket can only be used for a round-trip flight departing from Bangkok to Japan, and does not apply to flights departing from Japan.

  2. The winners who are domiciled in Bangkok and other provinces must bring proof of ID card with name exactly as filled in the form as evidence when claiming the award at the company All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. within 30 days.

  3. The applicable cabin class: Economy Class.

  4. The prize ticket is valid for travel on flights NH878 and NH877 (Haneda Airport) only.

  5. Travel period: From 1 June 2025 - 30 November2025 and the departure date of the next segment after the first segment (return date) is valid no later than 3 months (The return flight must be within 3 months of the first departure flight.). The return ticket is valid within 3 months from the departure date.

  6. The ticket cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be transferred, cannot be changed, and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  7. The prize ticket cannot be used for codeshare flights operated by other airlines with the ANA flight number, as well as codeshare flights operated by partner airlines with the ANA flight number.

  8. The number of seats available for prize tickets is limited. (This prize ticket booking service may not be available for some flights.) It is possible that a prize ticket cannot be used even if there are regular seats on the flight. Based on the flight's seat availability, some waitlisted bookings may not be accepted.

  9. It is possible that you will not earn miles when using a prize ticket.

  10. It is not possible to use a prize ticket and an upgrade award at the same time.

  11. Prize tickets do not include taxes and fees. The winner must fully settle taxes and fees, which may vary and are calculated based on the itinerary, service class, exchange rates, etc.

  12. The prize ticket is only valid for the flight date indicated on the ticket when the prize winner requests ticket issuance. Changing the date/route or name is not permitted.

  13. Reservations must be made at least two [2] weeks prior to the departure date from Bangkok to Japan.

  14. Prize tickets must be used by November 30, 2025, or they will be forfeited. The expiration date will not be extended under any circumstances. Winners will receive a reminder to redeem their prize within 30 days of the winner announcement.

  15. Changes are not allowed after the confirmed reservation has been made.

  16. All passports and visas must comply with the Japanese immigration regulations. The prize winner is responsible for obtaining the necessary visa for the trip.

• ANA Prize Ticket Redemption

  ***ANA will contact the winners via email [bkksales@ana.co.jp], and the winners must reply to confirm***  their prize and provide the following information:

  • Name-Surname (English) of the winner

  • Name-Surname (English) of the accompanying person

  • Attach a copy of the ID card and Passport of the winner with signature

  • Attach a copy of the ID card and Passport of the accompanying person with signature

  *Please confirm your prize by email within 30 days. If you do not confirm within 30 days, it will be considered a waiver of your rights.

  1. The prize is for a round-trip ticket from Bangkok to Tokyo (Haneda only).

  2. ANA will deliver the ANA Ticket Request Form 2025 to the winner.

  3. The winner must return the ANA Ticket Request Form 2025 to book a travel date and issue a ticket with ANA within the specified date.

  4. ANA will process the reservation based on the information provided in the ANA Ticket Request Form 2025 and will notify the winner of the reservation status. All reservations are subject to seat availability.

  5. The winner must pick up the ticket at the ANA Bangkok Office at 2nd Fl. C.P.Tower, Silom Rd., Bangkok. and pay the withholding tax of 5% from the prize value and all airport taxes and fees by paying in cash on the day of picking up the ticket.

  Answer: Yes, we recommend you to install our application until the activity ends.

  2. If I have a problem with UNIQLO Application and I don't receive the notification, what should I do?

  Answer: Don't worry, you can check the notification on "Bell" icon to check the winner from the banner announcement OR check with ANA email to confirm the winner.

  3. If I have not received notification from UNIQLO Application, I am not the winner?

  Answer: We will send the notification to all customers, the winner will be announced on the banner OR receive the email confirmation from ANA.
