Q. About Pre-order 

A. Pre-orders is the new service that is available at UNIQLO online store. Please check the following information before placing an order.

  Please be sure to check before ordering 

  For Pre-Order, the only payment method that can be used is Credit Card and please be noted for the points below: 

• For pre-order items, credit will be extended periodically until shipment. 

• The Credit card should have an expiry date of more than 3 months with enough credit limit by the time of delivery. If the credit cannot be extended for other reasons, your order will be canceled. (Please check the expiration date and credit limit before using the service.) 

• If your reservation is canceled, you will be notified by email. 
  *The credit will be charged to your card on  the date the product is shipped. 
  *We cannot accept changes to payment methods. 
  
   

  Notes 

    Please be noted for below points: 

• Pre-orders are only available through the online store. 

• Pre-order items CANNOT be ordered with regular items. 

• Purchases for the purpose of resale are strictly prohibited. 

• If we determine that the purchase is for resale purposes, we will not accept the return of the purchased item. 

• If you violate the UNIQLO Online Store Terms of Use , your order will be canceled.

If you are unable to complete your purchase 

If your order includes pre-order items, you will not be able to proceed to the purchase process if any of the following conditions apply: 

If an error message appears on the cart page, please check the following and carry out the purchase again 

1. Have regular items and pre-order items in the same basket 

If you put both regular and pre-order items in the same cart, you will not be able to proceed with the order to checkout. Please remove the regular product from the cart and continue to order. 

2. Using Gift Option 

The gift option is not available with pre-order item(s). Please remove the gift option before placing your order. 

 

Changing or canceling your order 

You can cancel within the first 30 days after the order placement. Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
