Q: What is product review feature?
A: This is an initiative that enables customers to tell us what they think of our products so we can constantly improving on them.
Q: How can I join this activity?
1. Being UNIQLO APP membership
2. Participants write a review for the UNIQLO products in the "Purchase history" in the UNIQLO APP (no limit on the number of reviews).
3. Campaign period starts from November 1, 2024 until November 30, 2024.
4. The top 50 participants with the most impressive comments, as determined by our judges, will be eligible for UNIQLO prizes, with a maximum of 1 right per person. (regardless of the number of reviews)
**5. Participants who have been chosen by UNIQLO will receive a prize of one piece per person. The prizes available in this program, you have a choice between (1) Women item - Halter Neck Bra Sleeveless Top (Valued at 590 Baht) or (2) Men item - DRY-EX Crew Neck Short Sleeve T-Shirt (Valued at 590 Baht). There are 50 prizes, value 590 Baht per item, totaling 29,500 Baht in value. By participating in this activity, participants agree that the product, color, and size of the prize will be determined by the company and that the participant will not be able to return it. and cannot later change the color or size.**
6. The winners will be judged in every Friday of the week The headquarters of the company, and the company will be announced in next Wednesday in the following week. More details as following table
7. The Company will announce the winners' name and surname (with some hidden characters) and phone number (with some hidden number) or email (with some hidden characters) on the UNIQLO website or application. The judges’ decisions are final.
8. Selected winners must confirm the right to receive their prize by submitting the form that company provided via email and UNIQLO APP's notification within 15 December 2024. The Company will contact you regarding further actions and delivery.
Q: What is Terms and conditions of receiving the prize?
2. The company will send UNIQLO APP's notification and email to the selected winners. The UNIQLO APP membership and the email address were the account that used to log in to the system and write a review via UNIQLO APP.
To claim the right, the selected person must enter their details in the attached form. Details that required to input in form are name - surname, address (used for receiving the prize), phone number, and the specifics of the prize you want to receive You have a choice between (1) Women item - Halter Neck Bra Sleeveless Top (Valued at 590 Baht) or (2) Men item - DRY-EX Crew Neck Short Sleeve T-Shirt (Valued at 590 Baht). You can choose the size that you want. However, the size you specify may be changed subject to the company's terms and conditions. (the color of selected product is subject to the terms and conditions as set by the Company)
3. If the winner does not confirm your eligibility by specified period, as specified by the company, or if you do confirm your eligibility but the company is unable to contact you to deliver the prize, the company will consider to forfeited your right.
4. Following the delivery of the prize, UNIQLO will send an email with a questionnaire, asks you to fill it out, and review the receiving prize on product page in UNIQLO APP.
If it is later found that the winner did not fill out the questionnaire nor review the prize on UNIQLO’s website or application within the specified period (1 week), the Company will disqualify said participant from winning the next activity.
5. The Company reserves the right to award prizes to those who have been selected only (the prize cannot be transferred to another person, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes). The Company will deliver the prize to the winner at the address indicated.
6. The Company reserves the right to change of term, conditions and/or cancel this activity. Any changes will be announced in advance via the UNIQLO APP, website and official UNIQLO Facebook Account (Uniqlo Thailand).
7. In case of a dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.

Go to MEMBERSHIP > PURCHASE HISTORY then click on “Write a review” to write a review for that particular product and let us know what you think.
