You can order products online through the UNIQLO website and application. Only choose to collect the products at the UNIQLO store, Udonthani branch by selecting “Click & Collect” in the delivery option and filling in the 'Udonthani' or 'Udon' in the 'FIND A STORE' search bar during the checkout process. 
 

Application process

Apply through UNIQLO TH App 

Please download the application from App Store or Google Play. 

1. To download UNIQLO TH application, you are advised to switch country/region to “Thailand” in App Store or Google Play. ​​Click here to learn how to switch country/region. 

2. After the application has been downloaded, click on “Membership” in the lower-right corner of the application screen. 

3. Click on “Profile”. 

4. Select “Create an Account”. 

5. Register as a member by entering your email, setting password, and filling additional information as below. 
- Postal Code: If there is no postal code in Thailand, please enter 41000. 
- Gender 

6. Tick a box to get UNIQLO newsletter. (Optional) 

7. Click “Preview” to agree on Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. 

8. Preview your account profile. 

9. Press “Send Verification Code”. 

10. Check the 6-digits verification code via the email. 

11. Insert the 6-digits verification code into the verification code field. 

12. Press “Next” to complete. 
 

Apply through UNIQLO Website 

1. Click at Profile icon on the top right-hand side. 

2. Select “Create an Account”. 

3. Register as a member by entering your email, setting password, and filling additional information as below.

Add your favorite items to Cart  

1. Browse your item from Navigation bar. 

2. Browse your item from Search bar. 

3. Find the favorite items, click “Add to Cart”. 

Select the shipment method 

1. Please select “Click & Collect”*. 

2. Find UNIQLO Udonthani store by inserting the keyword “Udonthani” or “Udon”. 

3. Select UNIQLO Udonthani. 

4. Press “Pick Up in the Store”. 
 

Select the Payment 

Please select payment by 2 methods. 

1. Credit Card/Debit Card. 

2. Pay in Store (Please complete the payment within 2 hrs. Otherwise, the order would be automatically cancelled. 
 

Collect your order at the store 

You will get notified via email when your order is ready to collect. Visit the store and present QR Code at cashier counter to pick up your parcel.
