Q. How do I get an electronic tax invoice (e-Tax invoice / e-Receipt)?

Apply to receive a personal income tax deduction in 2025 with the EASY E-Receipt 2.0 (that can be submitted in early 2026) according to the actual purchase amount, up to a maximum of 30,000 baht at all UNIQLO stores and online between 16 January 2025 - 28 February 2025. Click Here

Period (Effective):

Purchase at stores: From January 16, 2025 - February 28, 2025 until store closes. (Request to get an electronic tax invoice within 15 minutes)

Purchase online: From January 16, 2025 - Friday, February 28, 2025 until 11:00 p.m. (Request to get an electronic tax invoice within 7 -10 days)

(Tax deduction rights for purchases of goods or services paid to VAT-registered business, with a full e-Tax invoice.)

  •  How to register e-Tax invoice / e-Receipt

    • 1. For customers who requesting an electronic tax invoice (e-Tax invoice / e-Receipt) from UNIQLO for the first time

      A: You can input information when registering in English in order to register E-Receipt in English. If customer would like to revise document, kindly proceed via this link  https://e-tax-new.uniqlothailand.com
      1)  Click the "create new account" button to register.
      2)  Enter email and set a password and click Submit. - **No need to use the same email as UNIQLO membership** 
      3) Enter Email and Password to Log-In. 
      4)  After registered and filled in e-tax information, you will receive a file (PDF) via email within 7-10 days.(For Online Purchase) and 15 minutes (For Store Purchase)

    • 2. For customers who have previously requested an electronic tax invoice (e-Tax invoice / e-Receipt) from UNIQLO

      A: Click "Forgot Password" , you have to fill in your registered email. Then you will receive the link for reset password. After reset password, you can fill in the email and the new password for issue e-tax. Please follow the instructions below. 

      1) Click "Forgot password"

      3) Check email inbox, spam, or junk and press "Change Password"

      4) Create your own password ( 8 digits up consist with A-Z, a-z, number, and special symbols @,_, etc)  and click "CONFIRM"

      5) Please fill email and your new password and click "SUBMIT"

    •   How to issue e-Tax invoice / e-Receipt

    • 1. Issue e-receipt for Online purchased

      1. After received the parcel, please click https://e-tax-new.uniqlothailand.com/login for log-in.

      2. Please select "+ Request Tax Invoice"

      3. Select the type of tax invoice request (Corporate/Individual) and select the purchase type as Online.

      4. Bring the original receipt from the online store to fill in and review the information before pressing confirm.

      5. After finished, you will receive the file within 7-10 days

    •  How to revise e-Tax invoice / e-Receipt

    • Q: How to request to revise my electronic tax invoice (e-Tax invoice / e-Receipt)? 

      A: After received the original document file, You can revised your electronic tax invoice (e-Tax invoice / e-Receipt) by yourself by going to the link and filling in your tax ID along with the paid amount, then select "Edit Buyer Information" (e-Tax invoice / e-Receipt). The system will send you the revised tax invoice within 7-10 business days.**

      **In case purchased at a store and request the electronic tax invoice (e-Tax invoice / e-Receipt) by using store email. Customers cannot submit a request for revision via the link https://e-tax-new.uniqlothailand.com. Please contact the store that issued the e-tax invoice to revise the information.

      **For Online Purchase: 

      you can request for revising an electronic tax invoice (e-Tax invoice / e-Receipt) by fill in this form in the following cases. (Click Here)

      1) In case, you purchased online and want to exchange product(s) which have the amount more than the amount of original item at the store.

      1. Issue the first tax invoice from the online purchase order at the link https://e-tax-new.uniqlothailand.com/login by selecting '+ Request tax invoice' to request a tax invoice.

      2. Fill out the form at https://forms.gle/BGCLyLZDzWqXnoHE6 and select the topic.

      'Request a credit note for purchases made online from UNIQLO and exchange products at a store [additional payment] '. UNIQLO will issue a credit note within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

      3. Issue the second tax invoice (after exchanging products) at the link https://e-tax-new.uniqlothailand.com/login. Select '+ Request a tax invoice' to request a new tax invoice for the exchanged items shown on the receipt.

      2) In case, you purchased online and want to exchange product(s) which have the same amount of original item at the store.

      Customers can use the first tax invoice from the online purchase order to file taxes.

      3) For Online purchase with Pay in store payment and returned products at store.

      1. Issue the first tax invoice for online order at the link https://e-tax-new.uniqlothailand.com/login by selecting '+ Request tax invoice' to request a tax invoice.

      2. Please fill out the form at the link https://forms.gle/BGCLyLZDzWqXnoHE6 and select the topic 'Request to edit tax invoices purchased from UNIQLO online stores and returned products'. UNIQLO will issue a credit note within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

    •  How to track status after requesting the electronic tax invoice (e-Tax invoice / e-Receipt)?

    • Q: How can I follow up the electronic tax invoice status in case I have not received it yet ? 

      A: If the customer has not received the electronic tax invoice (e-Tax invoice / e-Receipt) via email within the specified period. Please fill in the form. Click here.

    •  Have an issue while requesting the electronic tax invoice (e-Tax invoice / e-Receipt)

    • Q: I can't fill in the form because the fields for filling in the form have turned gray or a warning message appears indicating that the information is incorrect. What should I do? 

      A: We recommended refreshing the form again, this may occur when the timing to fill in the information may exceed the system's limit, and causing the form to temporarily not allow inserting the data. In another case, if data is filled in without completed information in some fields, the system may not allow you to continue. Therefore, please check that all fields are completely filled.

    • Q: If the electronic tax invoice (e-Tax invoice / e-Receipt) is lost, can it be reissued? 

      A: If the email attached to the electronic tax invoice is lost, you can request an e-tax invoice by yourself according to the steps below.

      1. Log in at the link

      2. Select 'Edit buyer information/ Resend tax invoice' and fill in the receipt number or tax invoice number (Tax Invoice no.) and the total amount (Total Amount)

      3. Press 'Search' and select 'Resent Tax Invoice'. You will receive the electronic tax invoice within 15 minutes after submission.

    •  Frequently Asked Questions

    • Q: What should I do if I cannot request an E-Tax Invoice? 

      A: If you experienced an issue caused by being unable to request an E-Tax Invoice due to getting the error message. Please retry after 3 - 4 hours or the next day, or use another email for the verification. If you still experience the same issue, please fill in this form Click here

    • Q: Can I request an e-tax invoice (e-Tax invoice / e-Receipt) for a Gift Card? 

      A: Gift Card is a non-VAT product. Therefore, the e-tax invoice cannot be issued.

      However, if you purchase products by paying with the Gift Card at the physical stores, you can register for an 'e-tax invoice'. Click here to register.

    • Q: If I forgot to issue an e-tax invoice (e-Tax invoice / e-Receipt) within the day that I purchased it, can I still register for the e-Tax invoice? 

      A: You can register to request the e-tax invoice for the order created in 2025 within 31 Dec 2025. But we strongly recommend you to register immediately or within 15 days after purchasing at the physical stores or receiving the online order.

      As you need to insert the online order number (Starting with 11) and the store receipt number for requesting the e-tax invoice. If you don’t keep the receipt, you will not be able to request the e-tax invoice.

    • Q: I want to issue an e-tax invoice (e-Tax invoice / e-Receipt) in English. 

      A: A customer can enter English information to request an English tax invoice by filling in the information in English at the link.

    • Q: If I purchased an item(s) during EASY E-Receipt 2.0 campaign (16 Jan - 28 Feb 2025) and exchange the the item after EASY E-Receipt 2.0 campaign (1 Mar 2025 onwards), do I still get the tax relief benefit? 

      A: You may not fully get the tax relief benefit as the item exchange transaction occurs after the e-tax campaign (1 Mar 2025 onwards), there will be the credit note issued to the customer to deduct the exchange amount from the original purchase during EASY E-Receipt 2.0 campaign.
