Email Address Verification

To ensure safe use of the online store, UNIQLO requires members to verify their email address.

If you are unable to complete the verification, please select the issue that best matches your situation below and follow the instructions provided.

  • Q. I did not receive the verification code.

    A. Please check the possible causes and solutions below.

    • Email rejection or email receipt settings
    Even if you have not set any email blocking yourself, restrictions may be applied by your network provider.
    Please ensure that emails from [noreply-enews@mail.th.uniqlo.com] can be received, and try again in a stable internet environment.

    • The email was delivered to the spam folder
    Please check your Spam / Junk Mail folder.

    • The email address was entered incorrectly
    Please check that your email address has been entered correctly.

    Common input errors
    • Spaces included in the email address
    • Incorrect domain spelling, such as gmal.com, gmil.com

  • Q. An error appears even after entering the verification code.

    A. Please check the possible causes and solutions below.

    • The verification code has expired
    Please return to the previous screen and select [Send Verification Code] or [Verify], then enter the latest verification code within 30 minutes.
    * The verification code is valid for 30 minutes from the time you click [Send Verification Code] or [Verify].

    • An old or invalid verification code was entered
    If you clicked [Send Verification Code] multiple times, older codes will become invalid.
    Please enter the most recent verification code only.

  • Q. When returning to the verification code entry screen, the system shows the “Send verification code” screen again.

    A. This may be due to insufficient storage space on your smartphone.
    If possible, please try completing the process on another device, such as a computer or tablet.

    If you do not have another device, please try the following steps before attempting email verification again:

    • Close applications running in the background
    • Delete unnecessary emails from your inbox
    • Clear your web browser’s browsing history and cache

    ※ The above steps are examples of possible solutions.

  • Q. I want to change my registered email address, but I cannot receive the verification code.

    A. The verification code is sent to the currently registered email address.

  • Q. I registered with an email address that is no longer usable and cannot receive the verification code.

    A. The verification code is sent only to the registered email address.

    If the registered email address is no longer accessible, the verification code cannot be confirmed.
    Please register again using a valid email address by selecting New Member Registration.
