Types of Alteration and Fees

You can enjoy our pants alteration service free of charge.
There are three types of pant‑leg alterations.

1. Normal stitch: 
A standard method that uses single stitching on both the interior and exterior. 
Depending on the length hemmed, traces of removed stitching may remain. 
In addition, distressed items will lose the distress on the part that is hemmed.

2. Blind stitch:
Nearly invisible stitching for a neat look. 

3. Cut-Off stitch (No Stitching) : Available only Online Store. 

An alteration created by cutting the pants to the selected inseam without folding. 
This provides unique fraying that may continue to fray after washing and wearing. 
Please trim the frayed threads to your liking. 
Cut-off finish is available only for certain jeans styles.  

 
Estimated Delivery Time
If you choose alteration through the online store, delivery may be extended by 1–3 days in addition to the standard delivery period. You can check the estimated delivery time by clicking here. Once your order has been shipped from the warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

    How to Specify Alteration 
    1. Tap [Alteration (Inseam length)] and select the desired alteration type. 
    2. Tap [Please select] and choose the preferred length. Available length options may vary depending on the product.

    How to Measure Length

    The length is measured from the inseam to the hem of the pants.

    Exchange and Return Policy for Alteration Items

    Items that have been hemmed cannot be exchanged or returned.

    FAQs
    • Q.  Which products can be altered?

      A. Alteration is available only for adult pants. 
      Eligibility depends on material and design.  
      If the product is eligible for alteration, a button labeled [Alteration (Inseam length)] will appear on the product page.

      A. No, alterations are only available for some pants.

    • Q. Can I request re-alteration?

      A. Yes, eligible items can be re-altered free of charge any time after purchasing at our physical stores. 
      Note: Desired length may expose stitching or may not be possible in some cases. Please consult the staff.

    • Q. Can you add extra holes to belts?

      A. Yes, this service is available in-store. 
      However, it depends on the belt’s design and material.

    • Q. If I order pants online and want to have them altered, can I bring them to a store for alteration service?

      A. Yes, you can bring your pants to any of our store locations for alteration. Please feel free to visit the branch that is most convenient for you.

    • Q. After completing my order, can I change the length or type of alteration?

      A.  You may cancel your order within 30 minutes after placing it.
      Please cancel the order and place a new one.

      ※ If more than 30 minutes have passed since the order was placed, cancellation will not be possible.
      ※ Altered items cannot be exchanged or returned.
