VAT Refund|Return and exchange policy
For exchanges or returns of items with a VAT Refund document issued, all items on that receipt must be returned, and a new VAT Refund document will be reissued. Please check the required documents listed below.

* Some items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the 【Return and Exchange Policy】.
** The name of the VAT refund applicant cannot be changed.
Items required for returns and exchanges
- All Items
- Receipt
- Passport
- Credit cards (debit cards) • Credit card sales receipts (customer receipts)
If you pay using a credit card (debit card) - All Documents that you have received from the purchase.
How to exchange/return goods
Please bring the "Items Required for Exchange/Return Procedures" to the store where you purchased the item (the store where you paid) to process the exchange/return.
Returns and exchanges can only be processed at the original store where the item was purchased; other stores do not accept returns or exchanges for items that requested VAT refund.
Refund
We will refund you to the original payment method you used.
If you paid using a credit card (or debit card), the refund will be processed by your issuing bank after transaction confirmation, which may take 7-14 business days.
