If the item tag has not been removed and unused,
Please bring the product along with the receipt to your nearest UNIQLO store,
so that our staff can physically inspect the item for any manufacturing defects.

If the item tag has been removed or the issue occurred after washing,
Please report the problem and provide preliminary information to our Customer Service team via email at customerservice@uniqlo.co.th. or click on “Chat Support” at the bottom of this page.
Preliminary information may include:
• A photo of the product's fabric label (The side featuring the UNIQLO slogan).

• Product care instructions, such as washing methods (machine wash or hand wash), detergents and fabric softeners used, drying methods (wringing or tumble drying), and drying techniques (hanging or laying flat).
• Receipt or purchase history. If the receipt is unavailable, please provide the following information:
1. Store location where the item was purchased.
2. Date and time of purchase.
3. Payment method.
For credit or debit card payments, please specify the card type (VISA/MASTER) and the last four digits of the card number
For QR code or mobile payment, please provide the transfer slip
4. Total purchase amount
