How to choose the correct size for gift bag with wrapping service?
Our team will determine the gift bag size for you based on the number of items in your order and wrap it for you.
If your ordered item/s is too large to be packed into our largest gift bag size, we will place items separately within the same parcel. -
How many characters I can type or writing limitation for message card?
Total 9 lines with 40 characters each. Emoji or pictograms are not supported.

What is the delivery lead time if I requested gift option for my online purchase?
No additional working days required for home delivery online order. You will receive your parcel in 1-4 working days, excluding public holidays and weekends.
Same Day Click & Collect service is NOT APPLICABLE to orders with online gift option. Our team will require 1-4 working days to prepare in warehouse and deliver to store for your self-collection. -
Can I request to add on the gift bag after placing an online order?
We are unable to modify the online order upon checkout completed and order confirmed. You may consider cancelling the order within 30 minutes and place a new order with your preferences.

Will I get refunded if I cancel or return my online order with a gift option?
If you are able to cancel the online order within 30 mins upon order confirmation, we will proceed as full refund (including the gift option charge).
You will not receive a refund for the gift bag for the following reasons:
- Order that is not cancelled within the first 30 minutes.
- Rejection of the product In any case.
- Delivery failed In any case (e.g. incorrect address or phone number). -
Can I exchange my online purchased items with a gift bag?
You can exchange the same item with different colors or sizes at physical stores nationwide. The product must be in perfect condition according to the product exchange conditions. Please price the invoice/receipt with or without price with you when you would like to exchange product.
*In case of there is possibility for item exchange in terms of different sizes and colors for the same item, you are strongly recommended to not remove the price tag. Without the price tag, the exchange will not be acceptable.
