Q. Sales and Distribution Information for the UNIQLO x NEEDLES Collaboration

  • The UNIQLO x NEEDLES collection will be available for purchase starting October 31, 2025. 

※Please note that the exact release time cannot be announced in advance. We recommend adding the desired items to Wish list and enabling notifications in the application by following the steps here >> Click  

Stores Offering the Collection
  • UNIQLO x NEEDLES collection will be available exclusively at the CentralWorld branch and UNIQLO online store. 
 Purchase Limitations

Customers may purchase up to 2 items per color per product, with a maximum of 20 items per receipt per customer. 

※For example, a customer may purchase up to 6 pieces of the UNIQLO x NEEDLES fleece zip-up jacket, which is available in 3 colors — such as 2 pieces in black, 2 in beige, and 2 in purple

  • UNIQLO and NEEDLES Collection - Virtual Waiting/Queue Room 

    To manage high website traffic, we've implemented a Virtual Waiting/Queue Room. When our site experiences a surge in requests, you'll be directed to the Virtual Waiting/Queue Room, which will smoothly guide you through the process until access is available.

    3) When the designated start time arrives, you'll be guided to the online store in a predetermined order. Your initial position in the pre-queue is randomly assigned through a lottery system. After the pre-queue phase concludes, your position in the waiting room will be based on the order you joined the pre-queue.  
    4) f a certain amount of time passes after your turn your order will be invalidated. 
    You will need to rejoin the queue. 
    5) If you use the browser’s private or incognito mode, the order may not be successfully placed. 
    We recommend using the normal version of the browser.

    🛒Steps for Ordering

    ① Launch Countdown (Pre-Queue) Page.
    A countdown time will display, leading you towards the start of the sale or collaboration. 
    Once the timer reaches zero, you will be placed in line.

    ② Join the Queue! (Waiting Room Page)  

    You will be placed in line based on when you joined the queue. Waiting times are estimates only. 
    Waiting times may vary depending on the site’s congestion. Once the event has launched, the sign will display “You are now in line for UNIQLO and NEEDLES Collection.” A status bar will provide an estimated wait time before you can start purchasing.

    ③ Your Turn!   

    When it is your turn, you will be automatically directed to the online store. 
    There will be no notification by email. Depending on your settings, a notification sound may be played in your browser.

    ❓ Q&A

    Q: What happens if my turn arrives, and I do not access the product page for a certain period of time?
    A: Your turn in the queue will expire and you will need to rejoin the queue. 


    Q: What happens if I leave the queue page?
    A:  If you leave the queue page as long as you return before the queue expiration time you will be able to enter the site. When you return to the site you will see the page below click on the button "Start Shopping" to enter the site. 


    Q: Will the products go out of stock while I'm waiting in line?
    A: Even if you wait your turn, the item may be out of stock. If the item is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notification.


    Q: Is there a time limit to make my purchase once I enter the website from the Virtual Waiting/Queue Room?
    A: While there's no rush, we encourage you to place your order as soon as possible to ensure the items you want are still available. We can't guarantee stock availability, so select your colors and sizes and complete your purchase promptly will increase your chances of a successful order.
