Conditions for Free Repair Service
• The free repair service is available on October 18, 2025, only at the CentralWorld store.
• Only Uniqlo clothing items are eligible for this service. Limit 1 piece per 1 customer.
• The estimated waiting period for repaired items is approximately 7–14 days, depending on the volume of orders at the time.
• Free repair services are limited to the following items and types of damage:
*The staff reserves the right to refuse service for any items or damage not listed below.
1. Holes not exceeding 1 cm. for T-shirts and knitwear.
2. Holes not exceeding 25 sq. cm for jeans and pants.
3. Rips not exceeding 2 cm for T-shirts and knitwear.
4. Rips on pants that can be sewn by machine.
5. Button replacement (customers must provide their own buttons).

Customers may submit their items for pre-assessment by following these steps:

Please prepare the following information for our staff:
1. Details or photos of the item(s) requiring service (Uniqlo products only).
2. Approximate measurements (in centimeters) of the area to be repaired.
3. Your name and email address for follow-up.
We will respond within 1–2 business days after receiving your information.
Conditions for 20% Discount on Used Uniqlo Clothing
• The 20% discount is available from October 19–31, 2025, at the CentralWorld store only.
• The discount applies to all services at RE.UNIQLO STUDIO, including repair, embroidery, and sashiko stitching.
• Items purchased on the same day are not eligible for the discount; only pre-owned items brought in by the customer qualify. This initiative aims to extend the life of your clothing and encourage long-term enjoyment of your favorite pieces.
• The waiting period for service may be longer than usual, depending on order volume.
If you are unable to wait, pre-embroidered products are available for purchase at the regular price.
• There is no limit to the number of items each customer may bring for service.
