  • Conditions:

    1. Customers who purchase products for every 3,000 Baht (value before deducting discounts from using coupons, but receipts cannot be combined).

    2. Customers are entitled to receive no more than 5 ‘Utility Duffle Bag’ per receipt (maximum value of 15,000 Baht per receipt) at all Uniqlo stores or Uniqlo online.

    3. Purchased from Store: can select bag color

    4. Purchased from Store: cannot select bag color

    5. In case of receiving the novelty, the items can only exchange, but cannot return. Please see the policy here.

    5.1. Customer who made payment via Pay in Store must bring the online receipt and store receipt to exchange at stores.

    1. Color: 5 (Black, Navy, Grey, Green mint, Mocha brown)

    2. Size: 35 X 53 X 35 cm. / capacity 29 liters / value 1,390 THB per bag

    3. This bag comes with pockets outside and inside with luggage sleeve, Handle Cover. Its fabrication is water-repellent

  • Frequently Asked Questions:

    1. Can I exchange Novelty's colors?

    Ans: Due to the limitation of the novelty in each stores, you are unable to exchange the bag colors across the stores.

    2. How do I know if I will receive the novelty when ordering online?

    Ans: The will be shipped with the items and novelty details will not be shown on your order confirmation or checkout page. It will be shown on the receipt.

    E.g.

    A) If purchased total 3,000 THB (without coupon), customer will received 1 novelty.

    B) If customer purchased total 3,000 THB (used coupon discount), customer will receive 1 novelty.

    C) If purchased total 6,000 THB (without coupon), customer will received 2 novelty.

    D) If customer purchased total 6,000 THB (used coupon discount), customer will receive 2 novelty.

    3. If I order online and Pay in Store or select Click & Collect, the novelty is out of stock, will I receive the novelty stores?

    Ans: No, Pay in Store and Click & Collect are online ordering services. The novelty is shipped from the online warehouse and cannot be collected at a physical stores.

    4. How can I know if the novelty is out of stock?

    Ans: If the novelty runs out before the promotion period ends, or if the promotion has already ended, we will announce this through UNIQLO Thailand’s official SNS channels, including:

    1.Facebook: UNIQLO Thailand

    2. The official website and mobile application (Please check the gray announcement banner at the top before placing your order)

    3. The event campaign page on both the website and app

    For in-store purchases:

    Please check the availability of the novelty with store staff before making your payment.

    5. What should I do if the novelty is damaged?

    Ans: Customers who made purchases either online or in-store can bring the original receipt along with the damaged novelty to any UNIQLO store to request an exchange.

    6. What should I do if I forgot to receive the novelty within the purchased date?

    Ans: Please contact UNIQLO Customer Center (Thailand) via https://faq-th.uniqlo.com/contactus/
