Q. When will I receive my refund?

Purchases from Physical Stores
Refunds will be processed in accordance with the return procedures at the store where the purchase was made.

Purchases from Online Stores
Refunds will be issued following the return process after we have inspected the returned item. You will receive an automated email confirming the receipt of your return. This confirmation will be sent within 1–3 business days after the items arrive at our warehouse. The refund processing time for online purchases will be calculated from the date you receive the automated email confirming the receipt of your returned items.

The refund method will depend on the payment method used for your purchase.

Important Notice
* The refund timeline may vary depending on the policies of the issuing bank. 
** We will credit the refund to the account you registered within 15 business days after you receive the confirmation email regarding the return status.
