Return and Exchange Deadline
Both Exchange/Return must be done within 30 days.
For physical stores purchases: The counting shall commence from the date indicated on the receipt as Day 1.
For online purchases: The counting shall commence from the “Receipt Date” shown at the top right corner of the receipt as Day 1.
Example: If "the date on the receipt" for an in-store purchase or the “Invoice Date” on the receipt for an online purchase is stated as October 24, the exchange or return may be made until November 22
Items required for Returns and Exchanges
For exchange/return of items purchased from physical stores
- The product must be in its original condition in accordance with the exchange and return policy.
*Please refer to the section below for items that cannot be exchanged or returned. - The original receipt for the item to be exchanged or returned.
- For payments made by credit or debit card, the original card used for payment must be presented as indicated on the receipt. UNIQLO will refund the amount to the same card used for the purchase.
For payments made via electronic transfer or QR code, please bring proof of payment to process the return. UNIQLO will issue the refund in cash.
For exchange/return of items purchased online

Products that Cannot be Exchanged or Returned
1. There is no original receipt provided;2. Products that have been modified or altered, including those that have received alteration service;
3. Products that have been washed, laundered or are not in its perfect condition
(original condition while on display in the store);
4. Products with scratches, tear, damage, or stains due to the customer’s action;
5. Products that are missing important parts or equipment,
for example, price tags and packaging, or damaged goods;
6. Products that the customer requests to exchange or return more than 30 days
(counting since the date stated on the receipt) and the products must have been purchased from UNIQLO (Thailand) official stores;
7. Products that have been purchased for the purposes of reselling or commercial use are not eligible for exchange or return;
8. Up to 50 items may be returned or exchanged. If it is found that the return or exchange request is being performed with a fraudulent intent, UNIQLO reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel the customer’s membership account at any time without prior notice.
9. For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right not to accept exchanges or returns for all types of lower-body underwear (including men’s and women’s underwear, men’s and women’s leggings, shapers, stockings, and socks, etc.)
10. Packaged item which have been unpacked and package is damaged or not in perfect condition or used item and washed item are not allowed to exchange or return.( e.g Baby newborn, toddler items, Heattech, packaged t-shirt, Pajamas, Arm cover)
11. For Accessory items can be exchanged or returned in the case that the product is in perfect condition and according to the exchange and return policy.(e.g. caps, hats, belts, shoes, bags, sunglasses, scarfs, gloves, umbrella).
12. Orders using a discount coupon or receiving novelties on the orders; these orders cannot be returned.
However, customers may still exchange items at UNIQLO store across the country (the exchange of some items is subjected to the current stock of that particular branch store).
13. A gift receipt can be used for product exchanges; however, for returns, the original receipt must be presented together with the gift receipt.

Purchases from Physical Stores
Refunds will be processed in accordance with the return procedures at the store where the purchase was made.
Purchases from Online Stores
Refunds will be issued following the return process after we have inspected the returned item. You will receive an automated email confirming the receipt of your return. This confirmation will be sent within 1–3 business days after the items arrive at our warehouse.The refund processing time for online purchases will be calculated from the date you receive the automated email confirming the receipt of your returned items.
The refund method will correspond to the payment method used for the purchase. Details regarding the refund process and the processing time can be found in the table below.

*The refund processing time may vary depending on the conditions of the issuing bank. We will refund using the same payment method you originally used.
**We will credit the refund to the account you registered within 15 business days after you receive the confirmation email regarding the return status.
