Q. About Pre-order

Pre-order : Allows customers to purchase products before they arrive at our warehouse. 


The following items are open for pre-order

Pre-order period Orders can be placed from October 6 to October 27, 2025.
Estimated time of arrival at the warehouse: Items are expected to arrive in early November 2025. * Delivery may be delayed beyond the notified time. 

 

How can I check when the item will arrive? (Waiting time) Before & after placing an order.

you can check the estimated arrival time of the item in:

1. Product Page Above the “Add to cart” button, we will have a remark about the estimated arrival period of the items.
* Please note that you need to wait until this period to get the item and the delay might occur from this mentioned time.

    2. Cart Page The pre-order remark with estimated available month will be mentioned with the product information on the cart page.
    * You can check the remark before proceeding to checkout.

      3. Checkout Page You can check pre-order remark and the estimated date after selecting the delivery option. 
      * Before you place an order, you need to accept the Terms & Conditions by clicking the tick box.

        4. Order Confirmation & Order History 
        In order confirmation page, we will also show the estimated arrival of the order.
        Also, you can come back to check the order in the order history page and order details.
        *Please note that you can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it.

          The policy for exchanging or returning pre-ordered products.

          Exchanges: You may exchange pre-ordered products at any of our retail stores.
          Returns: Pre-orders placed between October 6 and October 27, 2025, may be returned until December 31, 2025.

           

          The restriction for the Pre-order is below:  

          • Pre-order items CANNOT be ordered with regular items. 
          • Pre-order items CANNOT be ordered with Gift wrapping. 
          • Pre-order only available for Credit/Debit Card payment. (Pre-orders are charged immediately at checkout) 
          • Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase.
            *If 30 minutes have passed, please contact Customer Service team to support.
