When you subscribe to our email newsletter, you will receive exclusive benefits and the latest news before anyone else, such as limited-time special offers, discounted products, promotional campaigns, and updates on various events.

- There is no annual or monthly fee for subscribing to the email newsletter.
- UNIQLO is not responsible for any internet connection or communication charges incurred.

Log in to your account.

Tap the profile icon at the bottom-right corner, select “Profile”, then choose “Edit Profile”

Scroll down until you find “Confirm Subscription”

Check the box before “UNIQLO Newsletter.”

Select “Preview” and if the information is correct, tap “Submit”

Enter your email address under “Subscribe to the Newsletter”

Check the box next to “UNIQLO Newsletter”

Click “Subscribe”
※ After unsubscribing, you may still receive a few newsletters. Please allow approximately 2–3 days for the system to complete the process.

After completing the un-subscription process, the system may require some time to update, and you may continue to receive newsletters for a short period. Please allow approximately 2–3 days.

A. After unsubscribing, the system may take 2–3 days to complete the process, and you may still receive a few newsletters during this time.
