Q. Error message say my card details are not correct

Please make sure that you entered your details exactly as they appear on the card. The card number should be entered without any spaces. The CVV number ("Card Verification Value") is 3 digit number found on the signature strip on the back of Visa, MasterCard and JCB branded credit and debit cards.

**Except for debit cards starting with 462287 (Visa) and 559888 (Mastercard) will not be accepted from 31 January, 2025 7PM onwards.
