Q. I lost my receipt but I would like to alteration, can I still use the service?
In case the customers already purchased the pants and back to the stores again to request the Alteration service
1. UNIQLO provides Alteration service for UNIQLO pants only and for UNIQLO pants which purchased from other countries.
2. Customer do not need to show the receipt , and UNIQLO provides free alteration service forever without the limited of time.
3.Customers can use the Alteration service at any UNIQLO branches in Thailand.
Remarks: If some pants we cannot do the alteration due to the fabric (If cutting, the silhouette may be broken). or no proper thread colors with those pants, Store Staff will inform you before do the alteration.
