• Q: How to Order Same Day Delivery ?

   

  1.At Checkout, choose [Click & Collect] in [Delivery Option]. 
  2. Find your store where Same Day Click and Collect is available by searching key word "Same day" or by Suburb, state or postcode. Clicking [SELECT] at your desired store and then [PICK UP IN THIS STORE]. 
  3. Proceed to payment option by select "Credit / Debit card" or "Pay in Store" 
  4. Check out 
  5. Waiting the QR-CODE email to confirm that you can pick up in the store. 
   
  The checkout page will not indicate if your parcel is eligible for the Same Day Click and Collect. Please wait for the email notification [Your Click & Collect order has arrived], confirming that your order has been delivered to your selected store, before heading down to collect. 
  
  For PAY IN STORE, the customer need to proceed the payment before 11:00 AM at the nearest store to eligible for Same Day Click and Collect

• Q: Do I need to pay Delivery Fee ?

• Q: Order Cut Off Time? 

  Order between 00.01AM- 10.59AM of the day (Thai Time) to get the order on the same day.  
   

• Q: Why my order cannot get Same Day Click and Collect?

  1) The online alteration is not available for Same Day Click and Collect since the alteration lead time takes 1 - 2 working days 
  
  
  
   

  2) Gift option will not be eligible for Same Day Click & Collect
  
  
   

  3) The order consists of items which is being transited to the warehouse. You will notice the message on the product display page as below. 
  “This Product’s delivery will be delayed from the original estimated delivery time by 1 - 2 business days and Same Day Click & Collect is not applicable for this order.” 
  
   

  

   

• Q: How to collect? 

  Once your order is "Ready to pick up", you will receive an email notification
  with QR-CODE. You can approach any staff member for assistance. 
  Or in case you have not received QR-CODE email, you can show BARCODE from Membership to pick up. 

   

• Q: Parcel Collection Period? 

  You have within 14 days of receiving the notification to collect your order. 
   

• Q: Will there be instances where UNIQLO may not be able to perform Same Day Click & Collect?

  A: Yes, there will be. For instance, this could take place when there’s a surge in demand from new collaborations and sales periods, as well as stock takes. Therefore, please ensure that you receive an email notification stating that your order has arrived in your selected store, before heading down to collect your parcel. Please reach out to our customer service team, should you have any questions.   
    

• Q: How long must I wait before heading to the store to pick up the order?

  A: The parcel will be ready around evening on the same day, and please wait for the email notification [Your Click & Collect order has arrived], confirming that your order has been delivered to your selected store, before your visit to collect. 
   

• Q: Do I have to collect my order within the same day?

  A: No, this is not necessary. Similar to our regular Click & Collect for all physical stores, you will have 14 days to pick up your package from the time it arrives at your selected store. 

  After 14 days, your order will be cancelled and automatically refunded in your original mode of payment.
   

• Q: Can my family/ friends to collect my parcel on behalf?

  A: Yes, your family or friends can collect your Click & Collect parcel on your behalf by forwarding the email containing QR code or Barcode from UNIQLO App to show to the staff and pick the parcel at the store. 
   

• Q: Will I be eligible to Same Day Click and Collect if I place an online order before 11AM and prefer to PAY in Store

  A: For an online order with Pay in Store, you will be eligible to Same Day Click and Collect when you successfully make a payment before 11AM at the store. 
  ***Certain items may not be eligible for Same Day Click & Collect.***
