Q. Online Orders | How to Return

We accept returns for items purchased online within 30 days, counted from the Receipt date shown on the receipt (The date locates at the top right corner under “Receipt Issued Date”). 
For example, if the purchase was made on August 15, that date will be considered Day 1. Therefore, the item can be returned by September 13. (Return the product to the warehouse by September 13).

How to return items paid by credit or debit card

1. Verify that the item is eligible for exchange or return.

Verify that the item is eligible for exchange or return under the policy >> Click.

2. Complete the reason for returning to the Return Form

Return Form located at the bottom of the receipt included with the product. No prior return registration is required.

3. Send the item back

Send the item together with the completed Return Form to:

*You may use any shipping carrier that is convenient. We recommend keeping the tracking number until you receive an email confirming the return status. 

4. Warehouse Inspection process

After the warehouse receives the item, an inspection will take approximately 1–3 business days. If the return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will then be processed to the credit card or debit card used for the purchase.

5. Receive a confirmation email and Refund

Refunds will appear in the next billing cycle. Processing time may vary depending on the issuing bank.

How to return items paid by Cash on Delivery (COD)

1. Verify that the item is eligible for exchange or return.

Verify that the item is eligible for exchange or return under the policy >> Click.

2. Complete the return form

Complete the return form to obtain your return code and register your account for the refund at this link >Click. Please provide the return details and indicate the reason for return and enter the return code on the return form (located at the bottom of the receipt included with your item).
📜 How to Register Your Return.  
    1. Enter your order number, including the hyphen (e.g., 1111111111111111-1111111).  
    2. Enter the email address used for the purchase.
        If unsuccessful, try changing the first letter to uppercase, as the system follows the original membership registration format.
     

    3. Send the Item back

    Send the Item Ship the item along with the completed return form to:

    1. If the bank account information provided during registration is incorrect, the refund process may fail. Our staff will contact you for corrections.  
    2. If you do not receive your refund within the specified timeframe, please contact us at  customerservice@uniqlo.co.th. 

     

    How to return items paid in-store (Pay In Store)

     

    1. Verify that the item is eligible for exchange or return.

    2. Refund at store

    Present the store receipt and the original receipt included with the package at the branch where payment was made to process the refund. 
    For payments made by credit or debit card, please present the card used for payment to the staff during the return process. 
    *Refunds cannot be processed at a different branch. 

    3. Refund process

    Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method: 

    Payments made via QR Payment / Scan Pay / Cash will be refunded in cash. 
    Payments made by credit or debit card will be refunded to the card used for purchase. Processing time may vary depending on the issuing bank. 
    * If you do not receive your refund within the specified timeframe, please contact us at  customerservice@uniqlo.co.th.

    *Can someone else return the item on my behalf? 
    You may authorize another person to return the item on your behalf. However, if the payment was made by credit or debit card, the original card used for payment must be presented to the staff for the refund process. 

     

    Frequently Asked Questions About Returns
    • Q. Can I return items from multiple orders in one box?

      A. Yes, customers may return items from multiple orders in a single box, provided all items meet the return conditions and each return form is completed. However, the items must match the details listed on the attached return forms.

    • Q.  How do I return an item purchased using a discount coupon? 

      A.  Orders that used a discount coupon cannot be refunded. However, customers may still exchange items at any UNIQLO store nationwide (subject to stock availability at each store).
