Q. How to Return [Online Purchased]

For online return, you needs and requires to have;


[ ] The original receipt which attached with your parcel
[ ] The good-condition item (s) following the policy
[ ] Send item and receipt back to warehouse not more than 30 days counted from the date on receipt 
 

How to return


 1. Fill out a return form at the link https://www.uniqlo.com/th/en/returnportal to obtain a return code (Only for Cash on Delivery order) **Cash on delivery must register the bank account before packing return via link above** 

2. Fill return reason code in return form (Located on the second half of the invoice which come with the parcel)

3. Pack the item(s) and complete return request form, and original receipt

After warehouse received your return order, it takes 1-3 business days to check and return to the system. We will refund to your payment method and the refund will be returned to your banks/cards within 30 business days depends on your issued banks process.

Remarks: If the customer provides incorrect bank account or doesn't complete the information in a Return Form it may cause unsuccessful refund process
 

Returns Policy

 

Please read the details below carefully before returning any items from your order.

1. There is no original receipt provided;
2. Products that have been modified or altered, including those that have received alteration service;
3. Products that have been washed and laundered or are not in its perfect condition (original condition while on display in the store);
4. Products with scratches, tear, damage, or stains due to the customer’s action;
5. Products that are missing important parts or equipment, for example, price tags and packaging, or damaged goods;
6. Products that the customer wants to exchange or return after 30 days have passed since the date of purchase (the date stated on the receipt) and the products have been purchased from UNIQLO (Thailand) official stores;
7. Products that have been purchased for the purposes of reselling or commercial use are not eligible for exchange or return;
8. Up to 50 items may be returned or exchanged. If it is found that the return or exchange request is being performed with a fraudulent intent, UNIQLO reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel the customer’s membership account at any time without prior notice.
9. For hygiene items; bottom part innerwear(boxer, brief , shorts , legging, tights ) and socks , we reserve right not to allow the exchange or return.
10. Packaged item which have been unpacked and package is damaged or not in perfect condition are not allowed to exchange or return.( e.g Baby newborn, toddler items, Heattech, packaged t-shirt, Pajamas, Arm cover)
11. For Accessory items can be exchanged or returned in the case that the product is in perfect condition and according to the exchange and return policy.(e.g. caps, hats, belts, shoes, bags, sunglasses, scarfs, gloves, umbrella)
12. For the orders using a discount coupon or receiving novelties on the orders, these orders will not be eligible for return. However, the customer may still exchange the orders at UNIQLO branch stores across the country (the return of some items is subject to the current stock of that particular branch store).
13. Gift Receipt cannot return but can accept exchange

 

Refund process

 

Once UNIQLO Return Department accept to receive your return item, you will get the auto-send email to alert you that Credit Note already done in the return system within 1-3 business days.

1. In case that you paid by Debit/Credit card, the refund will be taken 7-14 days and you will see the refund amount in next cycle of your statement (Not over business 45 days).

2. In case of cash (Cash on delivery), UNIQLO will transfer refund to your bank account which you fill in on return form in our website within 15 business days.

UNIQLO (Thailand) Company reserves the right to change the Returns and Exchanges policy at any time without prior notice. Item(s) purchased at a store cannot be refunded online and should not be sent to return department.
