A request to amend shipping address and phone number is not allowed after 30 mins when your order has been confirmed.

1. If you fill in incorrect shipping address or phone number, we recommend you to cancel your order within 30 mins and repurchase new order.

2. Over 30 mins, we recommend you to repurchase your order.
Please inform the correct shipping address and the order number via email: customerservice@uniqlo.co.th.
*Cannot change pick up store [Click&Collect order] or Change from Click&Collect to Home delivery.
**Changing your shipping address information may cause your delivery time to be longer than the normal 3-5 business days as it takes time for the delivery person to reroute or update the new information.

For the next order, please revise the address before placing order by follow the instructions below;
