  • Q. What should I do if I did not receive my order on time? 

    A. If the delivery exceeds the timeframe listed below,
        please contact us by sending your order number to customerservice@uniqlo.co.th.

    Estimated delivery time for Standard Delivery (Home Delivery)  

    • Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani and Samut Prakan 1 - 3 days. *Counting from the date of purchase
    • Other provinces 1 - 4 days *Counting from the date of purchase
    For example, if you place an order on 18 December:
    For deliveries to Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, and Samut Prakan,
    the estimated delivery date is 19–21 December.
    For deliveries to other provinces,
    the estimated delivery date is 19–22 December.


    Estimated delivery time for Click&Collect
    • Normal Click & Collect 2-5 Business days.
    • Same day Click & Collect  แบบ Same Day  (Only Selected Stores): Within the day when ordering before 11 AM. Next day when ordering after 11AM. 
    ▪ Product ordered before 10.59AM of the day (Thai Local Time)
      will be delivered on the same day of the order date. 
    ▪ Product ordered after 11.01 AM of the day (Thai Local Time)
      will be delivered the day after the order date. 


    *Some item cannot be shipped as Same day Click & Collect.

  • Q. Delivery Status Shows “Delivered,” but I Have Not Received My Order. What Should I Do? 

    A. Please kindly check whether anyone in your household may have received the parcel on your behalf.
    If the delivery location has building management staff or security personnel, they may have accepted the parcel for you. 
     
    If the parcel is still not found, please provide your order number by contacting us at customerservice@uniqlo.co.th. 

  • Q. How Can I Receive My Order If I Am Not at Home? 

    A. The delivery staff will call before attempting delivery.If you are not at home and unable to receive the item, please inform the delivery staff and arrange a new delivery time for the next day. 

    If delivery fails three times, the item will automatically be returned to the warehouse.

  • Q. What should I do if the delivery staff cannot contact me and I still want to receive my order? 

    A. The delivery staff will attempt delivery again on the following day.

    If you wish to confirm delivery, please send your order number to customerservice@uniqlo.co.th. 

  • Q.  What Should I Do If I Receive the Wrong Item or My Item Is Damaged? 

    A. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us by sending your order number and a photo of the damaged item to customerservice@uniqlo.co.th. We will assist you as soon as possible.

  • Q.My Tracking Number Is Invalid / Not Found. What Should I Do? 

    A. The tracking number will be sent to you via email and updated in the application once your order is prepared by our warehouse. 

    However, please allow time for the delivery company to collect your item and update it in their tracking system. 

  • Q. Delivery Status Shows No Movement. What Should I Do? 

    A. To allow us to check accurately, please contact us by sending your order number to customerservice@uniqlo.co.th.
