Q. Why am I logged out – and how do I shop online?

Q: Why is my app logged out when I haven't done anything?

A: We apologize for any inconvenience caused. This is for better usability. We need to update the website and UNIQLO applications, which results in customers who are logged in and logged out. Please log in with your old account and password.


Q: I can't access the application. I get an error message saying my password is incorrect. What should I do?

A: If the customer is unable to log in, it may be due to an incorrect password or forgotten password, we recommend changing the password to log in again.   please click Forgot Password at >> https://www.uniqlo.com/th/en/account/registry After setting the new password, Customers can log in to the UNIQLO app to receive different privileges to place orders both in-store and online.
