• Gift card can be used at all UNIQLO stores in Thailand. 
• Gift card cannot be used at UNIQLO Online Store, and cannot be used for payment via the Pay in Store method. 
• Any remaining balance on the gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or until the balance is depleted. 
• UNIQLO is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or improper use of the gift card. 
• The purchase of UNIQLO Gift Card is not eligible for gift
• The gift card is invalid if the barcode and/or security features are damaged. For any inquiry, please contact UNIQLO Customer Service Center at this link.
• Gift card can be used until the balance is depleted and cannot be topped up. After the card expires or customers use up the remaining balance, customers can keep the card. 
• Gift cards are not considered merchandise, the purchase of gift cards cannot be issued with a tax invoice or qualify for Tourist VAT Refund. However, a full receipt can be provided upon request. To obtain a full receipt, please send an image of the gift card purchasingto customerservice@uniqlo.co.th. The full receipt will be sent to you via email within 2 business days. 
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits. The products purchased by using a gift card are not eligible for return. 

Products purchased via the gift card cannot be returned. They can be exchanged at any store within 30 days from the first day of the gift card purchase.
