2. Only corporate entities are eligible for consideration for a 10% discount, subject to a minimum purchase of THB 50,000 per item.
3. A quotation will be issued within 1–2 business days, subject to stock availability and sales approval. Submission of this form does not constitute a product reservation or guarantee the quoted price.
4. The prices stated in the quotation are the products’ regular prices. If a weekly promotion is available on the order placement date, the promotional price will apply. Promotional prices cannot be combined with the bulk purchase discount. To qualify for the promotional price, the order will be deemed complete only if the company receives payment confirmation from the bank at least 2 days before the weekly promotion ends.
5. Preparation and delivery will take 7 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The period will be calculated after the date the company receives payment confirmation from the bank.
6. Products purchased through bulk orders cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
7. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. UNIQLO accepts payment in full before the products delivery only. We apologize that orders cannot be shipped before payment is confirmed.

*Bulk purchase orders must not be made for profit-making or resale purposes.
**Discounts are subject to the terms and conditions determined by the company. UNIQLO reserves the right to confirm or modify any order.
*** Preparation and delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location. Orders valued at THB 1 million or more may require 5–8 business days for preparation and delivery, After the date, the company receives payment confirmation from the bank.
