Q. Uniqlo Warehouse Closure During New Year Holidays Results in Longer Delivery and Return Processing Times
The Uniqlo Thailand warehouse will be closed during the New Year holidays, which may result in longer processing times for deliveries and product returns.
Please refer to the schedule below for delivery dates and the dates when products can be received.
For product returns, if you find that your item has been returned to the warehouse during the closure period, please wait until operations resume on January 3, 2026. The processing will take 3–5 business days, after which you will receive an email notification regarding the return approval and another email confirming the refund.

*You can check if your item has arrived via the pickup confirmation email and the order status in the application.

** Note: The following conditions may cause delays, and items cannot be delivered within the standard timeframe:
1. Products pending import for sale (Stock in Transit).
A notification will appear when you select the color and size of such items.
