Available value and Expiration
Amount available for purchase at the moment: 500THB, 1,000THB, 2,000THB* Gift card can be purchased from all physical stores in Thailand and used at all UNIQLO stores in Thailand.
** Not available at Online store
The expiration date is 1 year (12 months, 365 days) from the date of purchase.
Terms and Conditions
- Gift card can be used at all UNIQLO stores.
- Gift card cannot be used at UNIQLO Online Store.
- Remaining value on gift card cannot be exchanged for cash and the gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- UNIQLO is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or improper use of the gift card.
- The purchase of UNIQLO Gift Card is not eligible for gift
- The gift card is invalid if the barcode is defected and/or the security feature is damaged. For any inquiry, please contact UNIQLO Customer Service Center at this link.
- Gift card can be used until the balance is depleted and cannot be topped up. After the card expires or customers use up the remaining balance, customers can keep the card.
How to check Remaining Balance
Customers can check their remaining balance via 2 channels.
1. Customers can check with the staff at the cashier counter.
2. Customers can check via the card balance checking page. Check your card balance.
Exchange and Return
Products purchased via the gift card cannot be returned. They can be exchanged at any store within 30 days from the first day of the gift card purchase.
