This Earth Day, we encourage everyone to stop throwing away clothes,and repair your UNIQLO items for free, through our repair service at the RE.UNIQLO STUDIO, located in UNIQLO Central World.

Carefully repair slightly damaged areas so your favorite styles can be worn and loved for a long time.

  Sew a hole 80 THB:

  ・The hole is less than 1 cm in diameter

  Sew up a rip 80 THB:

  ・The rip is less than 2 cm length

• Price: Jeans / Pants

  Patch a small holes 100 THB:

  ・Holes that is less than 25 ㎠

  ・Holes that do not overlap with existing seams or pockets

  ・Range that can be sewn with a sewing machine without unraveling

  ・Excluding knee area

Remake Service (Embroidery)

An embroidery service where you can choose from around 100 templates. We handle not only products you have just purchased, but also products you have brought in.


 

• Letter Embroidery: 100 THB～

  ・Letters up to 10 letters (up to 4 cm tall and 10 cm wide)

  ・11th letter onwards is 10 THB per letter

• Choose from template designs: 100 THB～

  ・Small (less than 6x6 cm) - 100 THB

  ・Large (less than 10x10 cm) - 150 THB

  ・Extra Large (more than 10x10 cm) - 200 THB

Remake Service (SASHIKO)

We will apply traditional Japanese embroidery 'Sashiko' to the products you purchase or bring in, making them one-of-a-kind clothes in the world.

  ・Large (21-59 ㎠) - 150 THB

  ・Extra Large (more than 60 ㎠) - 3 THB / ㎠

• Selected Designs (Rice / Windmill / Fish net): 150 THB～

  ・Medium (21-59 ㎠) - 200 THB

  ・Large (more than 60 ㎠) - 4THB / ㎠

• Terms and conditions for Repair/Remake service/span>

  When ordering our repair and remake services, we will regard that you have agreed to the following terms and conditions.

  Please make sure to wash the garments before bringing in to the store.

  If not washed, it may not be acceptable to repair.

  Regarding the finished product

  ・Depending on the type of material the nature of the damaged area, and the condition of the clothes, the repair might not turn out exactly as you imagined. In such cases, we do not offer a refund.

  ・If we do not have the same color thread. We will match the thread to the fabric as closely as possible.

  Regarding pickup of items

  ・We will inform you of the date of delivery at the time of acceptance.

  ※ Depending on the reception status, the service may be delivered the next day or later.

  ※ SASHIKO service may take from 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on the contents of the order and reception conditions.

  ・Please pick up your repaired/remade items within 1 months of the pickup date conveyed at the time of ordering the repair service. If you are unable to pick up the item by the due date, it will be recycled under our RE.UNIQLO program.

  ・You will need to bring your customer receipt with you when coming to pick up repaired I remade items, so please keep your receipt in a safe place.

  Regarding Returns, Exchanges and Compensation

  ・We do not accept returns or exchanges of repaired or remade items.

  ・If there is any problem with the repaired area after you have picked up your item, we will repair the damaged area again free of charge if it falls within 30 days of pickup and you still have your customer receipt.

  ・If the damaged area worsens or the item is soiled or spoiled due to circumstances at the repair site and we are unable to restore it to its original condition, we will compensate you by exchanging the item for something of equivalent value sold in the store.
