This service is designed to provide convenience when shopping in-store in cases where the desired product is not available at the selected UNIQLO store. Store staff will assist customers in searching for the product online and guide them through the ordering process to ensure a smooth purchase experience.
*Please note that this service is not intended for transferring products between UNIQLO store locations.

- The desired product is not available at the store.
- The required size is not available at the store.
- The customer needs special sizes available online only (such as smaller or larger sizes).
- The customer wishes to purchase online-exclusive items or special collection products.
1. Inform store staff when you cannot find the product you are looking for.
2. Store staff will assist in searching for the product via the UNIQLO online system.
3. Once the product selection is confirmed, the customer is required to complete payment in advance.
4. Choose a delivery option, such as store pickup or delivery to a designated address (subject to applicable conditions).
Payment can be made at the UNIQLO store cashier or via the customer's own device, following the instructions provided by store staff.
For Pay in Store orders, payment must be completed within 2 hours after the order is placed. *Post-payment is not available.
The product price applied will be the price displayed on the UNIQLO Online Store at the time of order placement.
Customers may choose one of the following delivery methods:
- Pick up at a UNIQLO store (free of charge)
- Delivery to a designated address, subject to the terms and conditions of the UNIQLO Online Store

- Store pickup: Items will be held at the store for 14 days after arrival.
- Home delivery: Items will be held in accordance with the courier’s storage policy.
If items are not collected within the specified period, the order may be cancelled without prior notice.

For all payment methods, products may be exchanged at any UNIQLO store, subject to in-store product availability. - Product returns
Orders placed and paid at a store (Pay in Store):
Returns can be processed only at the store where payment was made, provided that no discount coupons were used, and no novelty or promotional items were received.Orders placed online and paid using other payment methods:
Products may be returned to the warehouse for a refund.
