How to log in to your member account on the application and website
When you log in to the UNIQLO Online Store via the UNIQLO application or the website, your account will be connected to your membership information. This allows you to view your purchase history and use available coupons.

・Logging in to the Online Store via the UNIQLO Application
1.Open the UNIQLO app and tap the person icon at the bottom right of the screen.
2.Select “Profile.” > “Log In” and enter your email address and password.
*If you have forgotten your password, please refer to the password reset instructions here.
3.Login completed
If options such as [Edit Profile] or [Change My Password] are displayed,
this indicates that you are already logged in. -

1.Logging in
Access the UNIQLO website or click here:
2.Enter your registered email address and password.

3.Login completed
If options such as [Edit Profile] or [Change My Password] are displayed,

- Log in and go to “Profile.”
- Select “Edit Profile.”
- Click the text box next to “Change Email Address.”
- Enter the new email address and your password.
- Scroll to the bottom, select “Preview,” and then tap “Submit.”
<Via Website>
- Log in to the website or click here
- Select “Edit Profile.”
- Click the text box next to “Change Email Address.”
- Enter the new email address and your password.
- Scroll to the bottom and select “Save Changes.”

Q. Why is my membership number different in the app and on the website?
A. The membership number displayed in the UNIQLO application and on the UNIQLO Online Store website may differ because they are different types of membership identifiers, even though they belong to the same account.
Even if the membership numbers appear different, as long as you log in using the same email address, your membership information is treated as a single account
Membership number in the application
This is an app‑specific membership number linked to the application and the device.
It does not change even if the app is deleted and reinstalled.
It is used to identify members, such as when scanning at physical stores to record purchases under the currently logged‑in account.
Membership number on the website
This number is used by the system to manage your online account, such as logging in, placing orders, and displaying purchase history. -
Q. I have changed to a new device. How can I transfer my membership information?
A. Simply log in using the same email address and password as before. Your membership information will be available on the new device automatically.
