Customer Information Review and Update

If you wish to update your membership information, please refer to the details and instructions below.

Please note that the date of birth cannot be changed.

Review / Update Membership Information
  • Via Mobile Application

    1. Tap the person icon at the bottom right of the home screen, select “Profile”, and log in.
    2. Tap “Edit Profile”
    3. Review or update the required membership information (Name, Address, Phone Number, Newsletter Subscription).
    4. Once completed, tap “Preview” >> “Submit” to save the changes.
  • Via Website

    1. Tap the person icon at the top right of the homepage and log in.
    2. Tap “Edit Profile”
    3. Review or update the required membership information (Name, Address, Phone Number, Newsletter Subscription).
    4. Once completed, tap “Save Changes” to save the information.
Change Email Address
  • Via Mobile Application

    1. Tap the person icon at the bottom right of the home screen, select “Profile”, and log in.
    2. Tap “Edit Profile”
    3. Tap “Change Email Address,” enter the new email address, and input your password.
    4. Once completed, tap “Preview” >> “Submit” to save the changes.
  • Via Website

    1. Tap the person icon at the top right of the homepage and log in.
    2. Tap “Edit Profile”
    3. Tap “Change Email Address,” enter the new email address, and input your password.
    4. Once completed, tap “Save Changes” to save the information.

Change Password

    1. Tap the person icon at the bottom right of the home screen, select “Profile”, and log in.
    2. Tap “Change My Password.”
    3. Enter your current password and set a new password.
    4. Tap “Change My Password.”
  • Via Website

    1. Tap the person icon at the top right of the homepage and log in.
    2. Tap “Change My Password.”
    3. Enter your current password and set a new password.
    4. Tap “Change My Password.”
Credit Card (Save and Delete)

Via Mobile Application and Website

  1. Tap the person icon at the bottom right of the home screen, select “Profile”, and log in.
  2. Tap “My Credit/Debit Cards.”
  • Register a New Card

    1. Tap “Add Credit/Debit Card.”
    2. Enter the card details and tap “Register new credit/debit card”
  • Delete a Card

    Tap the [×] icon on the right side of the card → Tap [Delete]

Notes

  1. Some credit cards may not be eligible for registration using the above method. In such cases, you may choose to save your card details during checkout.
  2. You can register up to five (5) credit/debit cards per account.
