About shipping policy

Standard Delivery (Shipping to Address) 
UNIQLO currently provides home delivery services in partnership with 3 logistics companies: DHL Express, LEX [Lasada Express] and J&T.
At this time, selecting a preferred delivery company is not available. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Click and Collect
Your order will be delivered to the store through our designated logistics provider.
There are two service options available:

1. Same Day Click & Collect – Pick up your order at the selected store on the same day.
    This service is available only some stores. Check the list of the stores >> Click here

2. Standard Click & Collect – Pick up your order at any UNIQLO store.
    This service is available at all store locations. 

 
* For example, if you place an order on 18 December:
For deliveries to Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, and Samut Prakan,
the estimated delivery date is 19–21 December.
For deliveries to other provinces,
the estimated delivery date is 19–22 December.

** Amount before coupon discount
For example, if the amount before applying the coupon discount is 990 THB, and a 100‑THB coupon is applied, the net payable amount will be 890 THB. You will still be eligible for no packaging fee 100THB, as the calculation is based on the pre‑discount amount."

Notes:

• Some items may require additional delivery time due to alteration, gift wrapping, or stock availability.
• For pre-order items, the approximate delivery schedule can be found on the product page or in your order history.
• * UNIQLO (Thailand) does not delivery the order by ourselves. We assigned to third party company to delivery the order. We does not do any contract to customer for the shipping.
