We accept payments made with credit cards and debit cards from the following providers.
※Debit cards starting with 462287 (Visa) and 559888 (Mastercard) will no longer be accepted from January 31, 2025, at 07:00PM onward.
Notes:
- When paying with a credit card or debit card, the payment will be charged immediately upon checkout, both for regular purchases and pre-orders.
- Only one-time full payments are supported. Installment payments and interest-bearing installment plans are not available.
- Using multiple cards for a single order is not supported at this time.
- To ensure customer safety, we use TLS encryption to help protect your privacy and secure your data.
Debit card payments are processed instantly.
The amount will be deducted from your account once your order is completed.
If you request a return or cancellation,
In the event of a return or order cancellation, the refund will be credited back to the debit card within 7–15 days, and no later than 45 business days, depending on the card‑issuing bank.
- The name on your card does not match the name registered in your UNIQLO membership account.
- Please ensure that the cardholder’s name is spelled correctly, including uppercase/lowercase letters.
- Confirm whether the security code (CVV) is correct and has been authenticated within the time limit set by your bank.
- To prevent fraudulent use, credit cards issued overseas may not be accepted.
- Customers under the age of 18 cannot use a supplementary/family credit card or a credit card belonging to another family member for purchases.
- If an error occurs even after entering your card information correctly, please contact your issuing bank first.
- If your card-issuing bank declines the payment for any reason, we will not be able to accept your order.

I was charged on my credit card, but my order was not completed.
UNIQLO will only complete the charge once the order is successfully processed, packed, and shipped.
If your order is not completed, you will not be billed. Please contact your issuing bank for more information regarding the release of the pre-authorized amount.

When will I receive the refund or have my credit limit been released?
The release period of the authorized amount depends on the processing time of each issuing bank. However, it generally takes approximately 7–14 days, or up to 45 business days, to be released automatically.
No additional request from the customer is required. We recommend contacting your card-issuing bank to confirm their processing timeline.

I paid with a debit card, and the amount has already been deducted. I need the refund urgently.
If an error occurs during the payment verification process, your bank may temporarily hold the deducted amount while waiting for confirmation from UNIQLO. To check the refund timeline, please contact your issuing bank directly and provide: The order cancellation email, or the order status showing cancellation in “My Orders” Your bank will verify the information and proceed with the next steps accordingly.
