    How We Pack & Deliver

    We will pack the ordered items and gift bags separately into a parcel box (the ordered items still have price tags and are required to assemble yourself)

    Paper thickness: 250 grams

    How to Order " Festive Gift Bag (Paper)":  

    Step 1 Click【GIFT OPTION】in shopping cart

    Step 2 Choose your gift option and tab “Apply”

    Step 3 the gift option fee will be included in the shopping cart, you can proceed to checkout as normal.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    1. Can I request to add on the gift bag after placing an online order?

    You can modify/cancel order within 30 minutes after placed order by cancel via "Order History" and place new order.
    You cannot modify/cancel order after placed order 30 minutes.

    2. How will UNIQLO pack my parcel if I select a gift bag?

    - Gift bags will be packed separately. (Required to assemble yourself)

    - Price tags will remain on the items.

    - The selling price will be shown in the invoice as usual.

    3. Will I get refunded if I cancel or return my online order with a gift option?

    If you are able to cancel the online order within 30 mins upon order confirmation, we will proceed as full refund (including the gift service charge).

    You will not receive a refund for the gift bag for the following reasons:

    1) Order that is not cancelled within 30 minutes.

    2) Rejection of the product in any cases.

    3) Delivery failed in any cases (e.g. customer filled incorrect address or phone number)

    4. [Online purchased] If I ordered item with Festive Gift Bag (Paper) 30 THB, can I exchange or return?

    Paper Gift Bag cannot be exchanged or return, but for the items you can exchange the same item with different colors or sizes at physical stores nationwide. The product must be in perfect condition according to the product exchange conditions here. But you cannot returned.

    5. [Online purchased] If I ordered the Gift Bag (Fabric)​ 130 THB, can I exchange or return?

    For (fabric) gift bag 130 THB, you can exchange and return item as normal policy.

    ***Please do not remove the price tag, and need to keep the receipts.***

    For online purchased return, please follow the instructions here 

    6. If I ordered Gift Bag (Fabric), can I select a "Gift Charm"? 

    Customer cannot select the "Gift Charm" patterns, it will be randomly sent with the items.
    **You will get the Gift Charm both purchasing at stores and online**

    1) Original Receipt: Customer can exchange or return as normal policy, but you need to show up both Original Receipt and Gift Receipt.

    3) Paper Gift Bag: Cannot exchange and return in any cases.
