Q. Same Day Click & Collect

▪ Product ordered before 10.59AM of the day (Thai Local Time) will be delivered on the same day of the order date. 
▪ Product ordered after 11.01 AM of the day (Thai Local Time) will be delivered the day after the order date. 
Free delivery with no minimum spends.   
▪ The same day delivery may not be available depending on the order contents. Please see “Orders not eligible” below.

▪ Product ordered before 10.59AM of the day (Thai Local Time)
  will be delivered on the same day after 06.00 PM of the order date.  
▪ Product ordered after 11.01 AM of the day (Thai Local Time)
  will be delivered the day after the order date after 06.00 PM. 

Ordering Procedure

1.At Checkout page, choose "Click & Collect" in "Delivery Option".  
2. Find your store where Same Day Click and Collect is available by searching key word "Same day" or by Suburb, state or postcode. Clicking "Select" at your desired store and then "PICK UP IN THIS STORE".  
3. Proceed to payment option by select "Credit / Debit card" or "Pay in Store"  
4. Check out  
5. Waiting the QR-CODE email to confirm that you can pick up in the store.  

Notes 

◾ The checkout page will not indicate if your parcel is eligible for the Same Day Click and Collect. Please wait for the email notification [Your Click & Collect order has arrived], confirming that your order has been delivered to your selected store, before heading down to collect.  
◾ For PAY IN STORE, the customer need to proceed the payment before 11:00 AM at the nearest store to eligible for Same Day Click and Collect 
Products Not Eligible for Same Day Click & Collect Service

1) The online alteration : since the alteration lead time takes 1 - 2 working days.

      3) The order consists of items which is being transited to the warehouse.
      You will notice the message on the product display page as below.  
      “This Product’s delivery will be delayed from the original estimated delivery time by 1 - 2 business days and Same Day Click & Collect is not applicable for this order.”

        How to collect the order and Lead time 

        When your order status is “Ready to Pick Up,” you will receive an email notification with a QR-CODE, or you can check the status in the application under “Order History,” where the status will indicate “Ready for pickup.” 

        *If you have not received an email with the QR-CODE, you may present the BARCODE from your membership to collect your order instead. 
        FAQs
        •  Do I have to collect my order within the same day? 

           No, this is not necessary. Similar to our regular Click & Collect for all physical stores, you will have 14 days to pick up your package from the time it arrives at your selected store.  

          After 14 days, your order will be cancelled and automatically refunded in your original mode of payment. 

        •  Can my family/ friends to collect my parcel on behalf? 

          Yes, you may authorize a friend or family member to collect your order on your behalf by forwarding the email containing the QR Code or the order number. The person collecting the order must present the QR Code or the order number to the store staff to receive the items. 

        • Will I be eligible to Same Day Click and Collect if I place an online order before 11AM and prefer to PAY in Store 

          For an online order with Pay in Store, you will be eligible to Same Day Click and Collect when you successfully make a payment before 11AM at the store.  

        • If I am unable to collect my order within 14 days, what should I do?

          You can extend the pickup period by contacting the store directly to request an extension. To check the store’s phone number, please click here.
